MEVLANA EXCHANGE PROGRAM
The Mevlana Exchange Program is a program that enables the exchange of students and faculty members between higher education institutions providing education in Turkey and higher education institutions providing education abroad. With the Regulation published in the Official Journal dated August 23, 2011 and numbered 28034, the way for the exchange of students and faculty members between higher education institutions abroad and higher education institutions in our country has been opened. Unlike other exchange programs, the mobility within the exchange program covers all higher education institutions in the world, regardless of geographical region. Associate, undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students registered in formal education programs in all higher education institutions in Turkey (in higher education institutions that have signed the Mevlana Exchange Program Protocol) can participate in the student exchange within the scope of the Mevlana Exchange Program.

FARABI EXCHANGE PROGRAM
The Student and Faculty Member Exchange Program between Higher Education Institutions, briefly called the "Farabi Exchange Program", is a student and faculty member exchange program between higher education institutions that provide associate, undergraduate, graduate and doctoral education within the universities and higher technology institutes. The Farabi Exchange Program aims to enable students or faculty members to continue their education and training activities in a higher education institution outside their own institution for one or two semesters.
Although changes have been made within the framework of this program in previous years, in accordance with the "Regulation on Student and Faculty Member Exchange Programs Between Higher Education Institutions" published in the Official Journal dated February 8, 2009 and numbered 27145 and the "Principles and Procedures on the Use, Accounting, Payments to be Made Within This Scope and Other Matters of the Amounts to be Transferred to Higher Education Institutions by the Council of Higher Education for the Purpose of Supporting Domestic Faculty Member and Student Exchange Programs Between Higher Education Institutions"; it was deemed appropriate in the meeting of the Higher Education Executive Board dated 02.11.2022 that the Farabi Exchange Program will not be held in the 2023-2024 academic year. Based on the decision, the Farabi Exchange Program has not been held at our University in 2023-2024.
